Summary

The Demo/Loan Programme is designed to enable Samsung Sales Reps to offer low cost, short term loans of the latest Samsung hardware to their end users

The Demo/Loan Programme is to be used primarily for driving multi unit placements, and will have available the latest Samsung product

Every effort will be made to fulfill all requirements, but stock availability will be limited to reduce financial exposure to Samsung, therefore each Demo/Loan request will go through a joint approval process through Hamilton Rentals and Samsung where necessary

Loan Period

The Programme will limit the loan period of Demo/Loan, and is subject to Hamilton Rentals and Samsung?s approval

There will be occasions where extension periods are approved, but this is also subject to Hamilton Rentals and Samsung?s approval

How to Apply

All Demo/Loan requests are made by completing an on-line application form on https://Samsungloan.hamilton.co.uk

However, on occasions a Demo/Loan request can be made by call the Hamilton Rentals Customer Service Team on 01344 401373

Frequently Asked Questions

The Demo/Loan can be extended if required, however all requests for extension should be submitted to Hamilton Rentals prior to the initial expiry date. The request will then go through an approval process where you maybe asked to provide further justification.

Will the Demo Loan Equipment be insured on site?

The Demo/Loan Equipment will be not have insurance by Hamilton Rentals whilst on site, however it will be covered by insurance through Hamilton Rentals whilst in transit when Delivery or collection costs are arranged by Hamilton Rentals through one of our approved couriers

Can we look to Purchase the hardware at the end of the Demo/Loan?

Unfortunately it is not the intention of the Demo/Loan Programme to offer the hardware for sale at the end of the Demo/Loan period. However, each purchase request will be looked at, and will go through Samsung approval.
